How To Become A Professional Organizer

Over the last few years I’ve been delighted to receive emails from people in Ireland and abroad who ask me to teach them to do what I do. Although they have had the idea of working a professional declutterer or organizer for some time they just don’t know where or how to start.

Teaching is very much in my blood with many of my family working in the area, and I find it difficult to express how privileged I feel to be training others in the area of decluttering that I have developed through The Declutter Academy. I often wondered why I was a bit of a courseaholic but now I look back and understand that studying areas such as media and communications, business, training, I.T., interior design, interior architecture, project management, life coaching, NLP, Reiki mastership and style consultancy has given me the tools I need to also help others create the business they love and deserve! What’s so good about this is that my students can avail of all the best-practice information they need to work in this vast area but they don’t have to spend the money or time undertaking these qualifications.

How To Become A Professional Organizer

Important and practical areas of the decluttering process include organization, storage, lifestyle, personal style, environment and decor and design. I have to say though that unless we can gently bring our clients to a place where they can understand and overcome any of the decluttering or organising emotions or thoughts that so commonly keep us from moving forward that the process just does not work, and The Declutter Academy training is uniquely specialised in this vital area.
