Loved this video and the five feelings. I found shame and sadness really interesting and I am sure we don’t think about it too much but obviously it is stopping us. Moira.
Hi Moira, thanks so much for your comments – really good point about us not thinking about the feelings or being ‘consciously’ aware of them, they are definitely a blocker in some form or other for many of the people I work with.
