Decluttering Limericks: Shopping

When I was in my early years at secondary school (aged 13, to be precise) I used to write Limericks to try to make the girls laugh. (They were a fierce receptive bunch, bless them!) Being a proud native of county Limerick, it’s fitting that I got a mad notion to write a couple of Limericks about decluttering the other morning (and had great fun in the process). I’m going to share the first with you here, and I feel a bit like the nervous comedian trying out his new set in front of a very hip audience, so no rotten tomatoes, please! 😉
