BREDA’S INDUSTRY INSIGHTS

Why decluttering needs a sensitive and specialised professional approach

I’ve gained deep insights into the struggles and challenges that people face with decluttering, personally and professionally. Clutter holds us back and weighs us down, and it stops us from living the lives we deserve. I’ve found that although many of us want to declutter, we are often disempowered by emotions like overwhelm, guilt or sadness. Although we feel we should declutter, many of us just can’t or we don’t know where to start, and sadly there’s a lack of the right help available in the decluttering industry.

Using a specialised and sensitive training model that I’ve developed over decades of relevant professional development and countless experiences in the decluttering industry, I teach my students to support and motivate their clients to declutter and “LET IT GO” so they can enjoy the many long-term benefits – not just in their wardrobes and homes – but on every single level and layer of their lives.
